Recommended Dosage

Premix GRC: 3% to 5% AR glass fiber by cement weight. 12mm length is typical for pourable premix; 25mm for stiffer mixes.

Spray GRC: 5% glass fiber by cement weight. Roving is chopped at the spray gun nozzle to 25–38mm length.

Mixing & Compatibility

  • Premix GRC: Combine cement, aggregate, water, and polymer. Add chopped AR glass fiber last and mix at low speed for 2 mins, then medium speed for a further 2 mins.
  • Spray GRC: Use a standard GRC spray machine with a rotor-stator pump and chopper gun. Set mix consistency per process specification.
